All the vocabulary is borrowed from the swearwords and other rude words of the world's languages.
It would require considerable research to find many of them and build up the lexicon to a usable level. It might become necessary to use words like "idiot" if there aren't enough proper swearwords.
I've no idea offhand how the grammar should work, but I guess it would end up being analytic.
