Ultra-Analytic
Matthew McVeagh | my conlangs
My teenage mythological language was highly analytic. It would be good to develop a purely analytic language as an experiment.
Probably the way to go would be pedantically isolating and separating of sememes. Thus spatial adpositions would probably require at least two words - one to indicate the general orientation (in, out, in front, behind etc.) and the other to indicate the type (position, motion towards, motion away etc.).
